I am a Care Transition Coordinator for St Croix Hospice where we only offer hospice services with Artificial Intelligence (AI) software to provide the most comprehensive, safe, and quality focused individualized care plans to promote compassion and support during the journey that we all will eventually take. End of life should provide wonderful memories for the person and their families, so St Croix Hospice is available 24/7 to jump in at any stage of this journey bringing that support, peace and compassion.

I am assigned Livonia, Redford, Northville, Canton, Plymouth, Novi, South Lyon, New Hudson, and Beaumont Corewell Farmington Commons Community.
I am also responsible for managing the following health systems: Henry Ford Main Campus, Corewell Beaumont Farmington Hospital/Cancer Center, Karmanos Farmington and Detroit, and Novi Ascension.
