This course will help the participant to gain a better understanding of the signs and symptoms of bipolar disorder, treatment options and models of communication used with individuals who have this diagnosis.  It will also address resources available to individuals with bipolar disorder and their caregivers.

Target audience: social workers, all levels, with geriatric clients. Free to GSWSM members, $10 entry fee for guests and non-members. 1.5 CEU’s are available for this presentation through the MI Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative
