Course Description:
This course is based on Personal Positioning for the Caregiver, this presentation delivers a powerful message on the need to remain positive while caring for your patient. “Caregivers are at great health risk due to the amount of mental stress they carry with them at all times”. This message is uplifting, real and leaves the participants with the strength they need to get through another day. Whether you are supporting family members or patient’s family members, it’s a critical message that inspires everyone! Topics discussed will focus mainly on Dementia however, survival techniques are universal and beneficial for all caregivers.
Course Objectives:
To acknowledge the incredible stress of the caregiver and offer tips on how to support caregivers
