Know how to access and use benefits like VA home care through the veteran's VA primary care physician, the Veteran's Choice Program for accessing doctors outside of the VA, Community Based Outpatient Clinics, and the compensation program. These benefits are essential to provide caregivers the tools to care for our elderly veterans.
