Sleep Does More Than You Think; It Cleans and Rewires Your Brain!

This lecture will discuss the important link that deep relaxation and quality sleep have on attaining, maintaining, and recovering optimum brain health. Practical strategies for improving nightly sleep are discussed, including identifying personal sleep chronotypes . A seven minute guided relaxation is offered as a sample at the end of the lecture.
