Caring with Presence: An Introduction to Mindfulness Practice in Caregiving and Dementia Care

Course Description: While caregiving is well understood as a stressful and potentially harmful erosion of emotional and physical health over time, it can also be a meaningful practice of wellbeing and a deeply connecting and enriching part of life. In this introductory session, participants will be introduced to simple, accessible practices and a sustainable approach for meeting the challenges family caregiving with greater ease, awareness and presence.
