POLICY FOR ACCOMODATIONS FOR DISABILITIES

Under Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act and the Federal American with Disabilities Act, Geriatric Social Workers of Southeast Michigan has a legal obligation to accommodate a member or guest or prospective members’ disability, unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the organization.
